NOTE:
I have a lot
of orders coming in everyday. I do not have enough figures to
accommodate everyone. I am NO LONGER TAKING ORDERS. However
I will still continue to work on the figures and then either
auction off or email everyone interested and then it will be
on a first come first serve basis. If you'd like to be on
the list to be notified when 1 set will be available, please
email me. Please also let me know you wedding date, or
approx. so I know when to stop notifying you. |

FAQs:
Q. How much does the figures
cost?
A. You will have to email me.
The figures price depends on how much it is to purchase the original
figures to be painted and added too.
Q. How long does it take to
make/receive the figures?
A. It takes me about a month to
make the figures. It is not a full time job, and I do no have enough
time to work on them every day. It is only a hobby for me, but I do
meet deadlines. You should order the figures at the earliest
possible time.
Q.
How and when do I pay for them?
A. A week before I am done with
the figure, I will email you letting you know that the figures are
ready. At that time I require payment in full by either Paypal
(direct transfer only, sorry not credit cards) or Money Order in US
funds. I DO NOT
accept checks. If you send a check I will not
ship your figures, and will return your check. Once the correct
payment is received the figures will be shipped within 48 hours.
Q. How do you ship the
figures?
A. Shipping is included in my
price if you are in the lower 48 US States. I use FedEx. This also allows for tracking.
Q. What if I don't want you to
ship FedEx?
A. I can and will use whom ever
you like, however you will have to pay the difference. Contact me to
discuss this further.
Q. Will the figures looks
exactly like the do to the right -->
A. Yes, for the most part. They
are hand painted and all accessories are added by hand. The veil
position might change slightly, the length of the veil might change,
the way the flowers are wrapped on the hand might change slightly.
Some accessories might be different, and they are not always
available.
They all are made to look the same, but some might have slight
differences
Q. Can I have my figures
customized?
A. Yes. I can change certain
things about the figures such as the color of the dress or suit.
Below is 1 of the accessories that I can add to the figure. It's the
flower that holds the veil in place. These are the colors I have
available.

I can usually match the color fairly well, but I can not guarantee
any specific color other then the white that I use. Please contact me with any ideas that you might have and I will try
to accommodate you.
Q. I've received my figures
and paint exceeds where the dress looks like it should end. Why is
that?
A. I buy the figures and they
are already machine painted in a pink color. The machine over paints
some times. I try to remove as much the excess pink paint before I
begin painting, but some of it is left. I then paint over that pink
to make it match. The same thing happens on the tiara that Marge
has.
Q. Can I make my own figures?
A. Defiantly! Just buy the
figures (usually I find them on eBay), some paint, some brushes,
the accessories and have fun! It really isn't that hard it just
takes time. I buy the accessories at a local craft store. More tips
for making your own are here.
Q. What are the figures made
of?
A. Plastic.
Q. How big are the figures?
A. Marge is 5 1/2 inches tall.
Her foot base is 1 1/4 inches wide. At her widest point (where her
arms are open) she is 2 1/2 inches wide.
Homer is 5 inches tall. His foot base is 1 1/4 inches wide. At his
widest point (where his arms are open) he is 2 1/2 inches wide.
Q. Are the figures
freestanding?
A. Yes, but to put them on a cake
I would recommend gluing them to some cardboard or a base of some
sort to support them on top of the cake.
Q. I have more questions, can you
answer them for me?
A. Sure drop me a email and I will
respond as soon as I can. Please remember that this is not my full
time job and that I can't answer them immediately.
